I got a new 2500 crew 4X4 CTD and love the truck, it is a huge improvement in comfort level from the Gen three trucks.

I noticed driving into a strong head wind that there was some wind noise on the drivers side door. Looking at the door from the outside, the drivers side is not sucked in as tight against the rubber door seal as the passenger side.

I tried loosening the door hinge bolts and there does not appear to be any adjustment to allow the door to be moved in or out at the top.

I called the dealer and he said they were factory set with not much adjustment available, but to bring it in and they would see what they could do.

Just curious if any of you have run across this? I hate to waste my time taking it in a leaving it for a day ro two when they are not going to do anything to it. Is there an adjutment on these doors like the older truck?

i took mine in for the same thing (wind noise and door rattling). they adjusted the door striker to pull the door in tighter. also they told me there was a recall on the A/C system, (all it is, they reprogram the control *****, for the blend door in the dash, they said that one of mine was broken already) but it didnt take long. i was there less than an hour for them to do both things.
