I was thinking the GTO with His & Hers Shifter.

if i may add i have a 2010 hd and before that i had an FX4 which had all of the controls on the wheel set up for thumb use. and it did take a little getting used to the stick cruse and the manualmatic shifter on the shift but not much. i find it quite convenient now to use me ring finger rather then my thumb to work the cruse. As for as the shifting goes i do not have any hills around here but a loaded down cattle trailer puts a pretty good bind on the truck and the exhaust break with the tow haul function on works pretty good for slowing the truck down and it holds the trany in a good place for maximum torque. thats just my opinion though
