Hey guys I have a 2010 3500. The key fobs no longer unlock/lock the doors. Dealer wants $230 for a key fob (I thought Fords $80 air filter was bad). My reply is F that! Ill use the key to unlock the door. Only problem is it sets the alarm off! do any of you know how I can disconnect that function so I dont have to deal with the alarm going off every time I open the door?

I hate to be the one that asks, but when was the last time you changed the FOB batteries?

LOL No not battery just worn out

Mine does that on occasion, even with fresh batteries. It's like the truck 'forgets' about the FOB...
