At least thats the plan.

Congrats Blake, but really .... you're not fooling any of us. As soon as they crack the '11 you'll probably be one of the first 5 in line to do the deletes.

Yeah, Im on a list to discuss the list, to make a list, to get on the waiting list for the Smarty.

Its gonna get Smarty'd for sure. Just think I may not go with the full deletes. Maybe.

What gauges are the closest to a factory match for the 4ths. I looked at the Edge Insight CS but that just dont tickle my fancy. I want a set of analogs. EGT Boost and FP seem to be in order.

You could try the H&S, I'm glad I gave it a go. Works way better than stock ever did. They already have custom tunes out for the big power guys.

Whats the difference, you're giving you money to someone. I felt the same way in at the start, had some smarty experience with my older truck. There is more options available on the H&S, and they have a XRT available. Could always get both or sell the H&S. Just saying do the deletes buddy. Plus if you ever had a brain fart and buy some other brand, H&S works...

It will fix alot of factory issues, after that a lockpic for the nav system. Then you'll have to do the air filter mod. The new truck is one awesome truck, sure like driving mine for the last year. I'm tried of only being the only guy with a 4th gen here.

Will the lockpic work with the 430N Garmin Nav?? Thats what I ordered mine with and i think thats new or 2011.

I would say yes, but I would check with the vendor prior to buying. The lock-pick setup seems to work on lots of factory radios. I don't have one yet, but want one. Who ever thought of locking out the nav stuff. I bet the way the system is currently set-up is worse than not locking out. I have a 2010 lexas RX350, its way worse for lock-outs. Just hate that nav system.

Mr Blake, you need to do at aleast three to four mods to really enjoy the truck. Do them prior to leaving the dealer lot
1)- In-cab air filter mod
2)- Lock-pick, plus cams
3)- Delete
4)- Lift kit

The air filter mod I will do.

Lock picking I dont really see the need, and its already coming with a reverse cam.

Deleting is a given, (Im gonna be a Smarty Holdout though)

Lift kit, nah... I want a pullin truck, not a showin truck.

There was a thread floating around about how you could add a cabin air filter to the '10 and up AC system. Cant seem to find it right now.
