I don't know but if they'er in your truck, they are in your RV - and they will destroy a RV in one winter.

false...I have seen the little bastards EATING the fabric softener sheets in vehicles that I tried that in...dryer sheets do nothing to deter mice.

Once the smell of mice urine is in a vehicle it is an open invitation to others to come in & play. You will have to bait old school with traps around the vehicle & under the hood & catch them before they enter. If you can not keep them out set traps inside. I once caugh 7 mice over a 2 day period inside my truck while I was drilling an oil well on a lease in a grain field in Saskatchwan. I never could find out where they were getting into that GMC. Best bait is peanut butter.

Obviously try to figure out where they are getting in & block it off.

There is a specific brand of sheets that do work - mice won't go near them. You can check the rv.net archives for the info. I've seen it and the discussion posted but can't remember which brand it was.

The "no name/store brand" dryer sheets have worked for me...

Another trick is to stuff tin foil into the cracks and crevices that the little intruders are coming thru…they can’t stand to chew on it…
We had an old Scotty camper that stayed in the woods, it was overrun by mice one year…we siliconed, tin foiled and dryer sheeted the hell out of it and was mouse free for a while…

You may have to starve the cat before he will do more than play with them.

Irish Spring bar soap works to keep the mice out of our tractor and combine cabs.
