factory alarms randomly activates

my new to me 2011 has recently developed a electrical gremlin. The factory alarm will randomly activate. I live in South Mississippi where humidity is 100% on a light day. I've owned this for about 2 months now and it just started doing this last week. Not much on google search for this problem, so I am hoping someone here knows if there is a known issue here. I mostly ride a motorcycle to work, and the neighbors told me yesterday it has done it during the day while I'm at work. My initial thought was the key FOB was somehow activating the panic. But that's not the case since it goes off while I'm at work with the key FOB.
Thanks in advance, Want to get this corrected prior to installing the Nathan K3's sitting in the shop.

Are you running on OEM batteries??? If so....one or more of them might be draining down enough to the point that something in the alarm system is no longer happy with.

I am and thats a good suggestion.
Does the stock alarm have a shock sensor? or is it just a open door sensor once armed?
