any windshield wiper recommendations for snow/ice conditions

I have a 2010 Laramie mega cab and the windshield wipers which came with it are great...until we started getting snow here in Kansas City. The problem I'm having is the stock blades are not clearing the area directly in front of the driver when it snows. It appears the blades are not flexing as they sweeps across the wind shield.

I was wondering if anybody from more Northern areas could recommend a particular brand or type of blade which works well in cold and snow.

Thanks

I live in Vermont and have a SLT that I plow with and have no problems, or complaints with the stock wipers.

I have always used Bosch and never had any issues. The Bosch wipers are enclosed so no ice or snow gets in them.

I have the winter blades from parts store with rubber covers. Work great, keeps the snow and ice out of the joints so blade works right.

I've used Bosch for a number of years because they follow the windsheild so effectively. Even on my motor home which has a huge, steeply curved windsheild.
