ABS, Traction ctl and check engine...

I've got a 2013 Ram 3500 4x4 Laramie. I had a check engine light come on only while hooked up to trailer (7 wire plug) and this would come after a few hundred miles, once shut down it would go out after restarting only to come back after another 200 miles. Got a tech to look at it in a small town dealer. He tells me because I removed rear seats and tailgate the computer is confused and will continue to send bogus CELs. No after he reset oil change reminder ... for what ever reason, I am now getting on and off ABS and traction control warnings lights. They will come on then go out after a 50-100miles, shutdown truck restart later and no warning lights only to have them come back on later and stay on till I stop and shut down. Now they are on steady - ABS/traction control.
I removed rear (heated) seats and tailgate (rear view camera- installed OEM pigtail for camera wiring) to install a bed(hot shot hauler... until oil industry gets back and running full tilt). Any ideas, currently running Indiana to Alberta/BC., Thanks.
