I am investigating ordering a 2021 3500. Among other options I would like cloth seats AND sliding rear window. Looks like you can't get sliding window in Big Horn trim, or cloth seats in Laramie trim. My 2004.5 has both. After ~220K miles the seats look unworn, and I prefer ventilation in summer with the rear window open rather than A/C. Also the rear window comes in handy when hauling 10 ft plus lengths of lumber. Have you heard of cases where FCA allows you to special order options? I would either get Big Horn with sliding rear window, or Laramie with cloth seats.
