2015 mileage

I can't believe how much better fuel mileage my 2015 drw gets compared to my 2011 2500 that was deleted. Why is that

Has a lot to do with the lift and big tires.

The 2015 is getting about 17 and the 11got a best of around 15. I was thinking maybe the drw weight would have been about the same drag as the lift and tires

I am on my 4th Ram and my 2014 has surprised me. Towing gets the usual low teens, but I get at least 20 mpg on the overhead for rural highway type driving where I usually go 55 to 58 mph. I am easy on the pedal, but we are still looking at a 9000# DRW.
