2013 HD changes

It is my understanding next month we will be able to order a 2013 model Ram HD.

I hear they are adding Urea Injections. I have also hear rumors they are increasing HP and maybe changing the hood.

Has anyone heard anything credible about changes coming?

Yup

The last two digits of the year designation will go from "12" to "13"

I have seen speculation that a new/updated front suspension is forth coming.

I would also figure the center stack from the 1500, and the huge 8" touchscreen radio for the upper end models.

Probably a new color or two.

And also speculation of the 6.4 Hemi making its way into the trucks.

According to allpar:
-5500 Long hauler concept might become reality.
-DEF exemption ends. Fill-er up....

According to pickuptrucks.com the revised (2013 1500) interior, new grill and projector style headlights and possible air-ride suspension won't show up until 2014.

Funny they are using the Aisin in the HO trucks.

Good to see they kept the handshaker.

I WILL NOT be purchasing anytime soon.

Wow! BIG changes on the way!! Too many to list! Sounds like they've really been listening to the customers, read all about it here: http://news.pickuptrucks.com/2012/09...003500-hd.html

Maybe all this news is related to the email I just got from my dealer advertising "up to" $14k* off sticker on remaining 2012s.

Everyone owes me a round of thanks. Once I buy a vehicle the auto makers usually one up me with the very next model year. Oh well, I still love my new truck and it's head and shoulders above my 04.5 lol

I heard about a month ago they will build the 2012 right up to the end of the year and 2013 won't be available until Jan 2013.

They should have a button to turn the traction control off anyway. Everyone I have seen does.
