Anyone using it? If so is it the new one and what is the difference between the two. How do you like it and how does it perform backing up under load? Thanks

But, I LOVE IT

Bit of chatter in neutral with the crap ATF in the tranny. Since your a bit of a warranty liberal, get yourself some Gorilla Juice at the same time. That stuff is liquid gold. Quieted it up real good.

The new one should be quieter.

Havent hauled heavy with it since the install. Aint had any time at home to do much hauling. But, unloaded, it is just awesome.

 

GJ ruled in the noise suppression dept. but my tranny hated it in cool conditions. I returned to Pennsoil Synchromesh.

Carl48's formula is next in 10K.

 

I did notice that for a few miles on a cool morning or two it was pretty stiff to shift. But that went away pretty quick.

 

Thanks for the input, based on your comments and a little research we ordered one today, now it just has to get here. We are running Amsoil ATF so hopefully it's good in the cold.
