Good looking truck!
You are on the right path with deletes for reliability and economy.
However.
Mind the high power tunes. Used carelessly they will wreak havoc on a few things.
Tranny/clutch: The auto will usually hold up to 100hp over stock. I wouldnt tow with it any higher than 60hp over stock. If its a G56, I was slipping the clutch on the 60hp tune. Not driving aggressively either. A good SouthBend clutch and its taking everything I throw at it, and I know Im north of 500hp daily driving my truck.
High tunes and a heavy right foot can also spit a head gasket out really quick on the 6.7, Mind the timing and watch your warm up temp and you should be ok.

Im gona do mechanical gauges (boost pyro rail pressure) on the pillar so i dont need the digital ones. Im not looking for alot more power at most 100hp (i have the 1st gen to play with.)
is the h&s tuning that much better then mads?

Running H&S for about half a year, then MADS for about 3 months, and now back to H&S, yeah, go with H&S...
