going back stock

going back stock
I've got a 2010 with an Auto Trans. Have a leak on trans pan and I'm taking it in for service. I'm actually gonna put all stock parts back on from my deletes. H&S mini, straight pipe from turbo to muffler and cold air intake. Just don't want these guys documenting all the deletes done to truck incase I need to take back in the future for a drivetrain issue.
Question is, where would you start? I was thinking exhaust first just incase i need to move it around from garage to driveway, then H&S mini back to stock program and finally cold air intake.
Is there any problems anybody sees may cause a delay in reinstall?
Hoping H&S goes right back to stock with no problems. This is what I've been worrying about the most.

While I'm there I'm gonna be looking at new ones. So there may be a trade involved.
I was gonna fix it myself but with the itch to get a new one I didnt want them to see anything they don't need to see.
It will take me longer to reinstall everything than to fix the leak.

Doesnt matter the reinstall method. The H&S will function on delete mode on a truck that is "stock" but operation like that will cause a clogged filter. However, this is useful if you have to use it, such as putting it all back to stock and you gotta move the truck, or take a short trip down the road, IE 5 mins. Dont take the wife on an all day shopping spree.....

When I do the servicing on my 2010, I'm going to get one of those mag-Hytec deep trans pans just cause its easier afterwards doing the servicing.
My 02 has a shifter valve body seal thats leaking a fair amount.

For the life of me I don't understand why they don't put drain plugs on these pans. Also I read they dont even use a gasket on the pans. They use permatex. Talk about trying to save money. $52k truck and no gasket.

Put everything back on stock and thru a code P0545 exhaust gas sensor low voltage. Here we go, nothing ever easy. Cleared it with the H&S mini and it comes right back. I've unplugged sensors and reconnected them and still the same.
Any suggestions?

Did you plug in the differential pressure sensor up front, the one that the two pipes run to?

Maybe the sensor on the EGR crossover just before the intake? Maybe running deleted allowed it to corrode or get too moist or ?? Take it out and clean it up if you didn't have the EGR system deleted and removed (as opposed to deleted in place, just non-op).

I've plugged in all the connectors and unplugged them several times to see if the make a better connection. So far no different. Oh well, If I decide to do a trade I will just tell them its under warranty so they can have it fixed at no cost to them.
See how it goes.

After being under truck some more I've noticed not only the trans pan leak but where the drive shaft yoke is leaking also. I had less then 4000 miles on this truck. It was a big disappointment from the 2006 I had.
I traded it in. Paid 41k for it and got 37k on trade.
