I got the exhaust on it this weekend, and got everything all wrapped up, tied out of the way, and coolant topped of. Have to say I noticed a better responce to the truck right away. Im driving it on the 0 setting right now, but I plan on cranking up a notch just to see how it likes it. I have no desire to really bash on this truck, just did it for the economy, and cleaner look.

What all did you do??????

Getting ready to bite the bullet here soon. Going with the mini maxx and just disabling the cooler/egr so it looks stock under hood. I'm going with ProFlo SS 4" turbo back exhaust.

What set up did you go with and what gains you seeing, mpg and power?

Smarty Jr, full delete, Sinister EGR delete, Diamond eye full exhaust, Throttle valve delete.

So far just a smoother running truck, better power for sure and thats on 0 setting, I honestly havent driven it enought to give ya any real mileage info, but its showing me better numbers, but we all know that isnt accurate.

Ill ke ya posted though.

Definatley has a better responce to it I think. Oh and it sounds so much better, and smells like a diesel should!

Drove the heck out of it and the mileage on a 400 mile round trip with me playing a little bit was right at 19.5 to 21 mpg. it dropped off with a lot of in town driving, as soon as I topped the tank and drove home, 200+ miles it was 21 mpg. on econo mode.

Mileage

After my deletes I drove from s/w PA to upstate NY and was getting 21.8. Mainly around town since my wheels leveling kit I'm averaging 17.8 hand calc. I just put a green air filter in last week and my comp I dash says more then before for mpg. Ill see the next fill up when I hand calc.
