I tried to get a verison number. I never like the enhanced turbine housing programer. Drive pressure and egt's was to high on mild mode for me. The truck really needs a larger turbo to wake the 6.7L up decently.
Yes it does, I need terms I understand

I have a HE451VE laying here, and a couple HE551VE's, but I'm just worried with the 3.42's, I'll lose some towing capability, or the exhaust brake won't work as good. I love my EB!

H&S 6.8.25 HD Turbo tune loaded, set on hot
225mi yesterday from Central OH to Central WV yesterday, coming home with a bunch of tractor parts in the bed, approx 10K GVW
22mpg hand calculated. 70mph cruise, almost all interstate.

I'm happy, never thought my 8K lb 4wd CCLB would break 20mpg, but apparently it will when the wind doesn't blow it all over the place.

Normal mileage is closer to 18.75-19.5mpg highway.

The HE451VE & HE551VE will work, just be carefull as a few of them have huge turbine housings and wheels. I'm thinking the transmission will go south very fast. I've had injectors nozzles and a 2nd gen steed T-4/S366 0.91/73 sitting on the shelf for the last year.

I didn't either, but he documented it with pictures and the reciept. He was running upstate New York too.. I installed something I am not allowed to talk about here.

But yet, I couldn't do anymore that 19 yesterday going to the same place. Most of the time I was pushing 8 to 11 pounds though. It was much better coming back, and i lost an injector in the process.

There is a difference between stock and Hot

Yeah, that's the other thing. I'm not looking for any more power than what the H&S will push, so I'll more than likely never go any farther than the stock charger.

Assuming drive pressures are halfway in check when I do lean on it.

The stock charger is awe so boring. Supprising to me for only a 60mm charger. I really want to build a set of twins for this truck, but my budget can't support the transmission R&D project that required.

I just sold my 100HP nozzles for my 6.7L, so there goes that dream

It seems to keep my employees asking me what the heck I have done to this thing, so I guess it works for me

I keep telling them to keep their foot out of the skinny pedal if they don't want to go!

I got a kick from mine today

Lost 2 injectors. The factory won't warranty it because the ECM has been flashed 87 times. That's all those updates going on in the last 3 years. The electrics went out. The Mopar engineer was "could be" "May be" "Possibily" and blamed it on the tuner. Then he has the gaul to accuse me of tampering with them. Bosch says a loose connection causes that. That, I believe, is what caused it.

There is no way adjusting the pulse width can hurt the electric coil.

They wanted $3000 for 2 and I got 2 for less than $1000 from Bosch.
