I cleaned the MAP sensor on my 2012 today. It only has 65,000 kms (40,000 miles) but I figured I'd clean anyway. It didn't look very dirty but it made a huge difference in MPG. I am guessing that I gained approx 2-3 mpg. Pretty good for a quick fix. This is definitely going on my list of regular maintenance for this truck.

Cummins has a replacement sensor out I'm not sure what the difference is but it's more open and it's around $44 CD. I had to replace mine recently when it started giving erroneous readings after having my exhaust brake sticking closed then suddenly opening.
