Gonna go with 295's this time around and I'm leaning forwards hankook dynapros. How does the hankooks wear and does anyone have any reviews? I've ran nittos or mt atz's in the past but never hankooks.

Hankook Dynapro AT/Ms are a great tire. I had them on my last truck and liked them so much I immediately swapped the stock Michelins for another set of Dynapros on this one. Great traction, wear, quiet and about the same or less money than the Nittos, Toyos and BFGs. Lost maybe .5-1 mpg going to these from the stock Michelins.

Just be sure and have the tire shop do a "Road-Force Balance" on them. They have a reputation of being difficult to balance, but the road force did the job on mine.

I am going to simply say that the Dura Grappler is the best tire I have ever had. A co-worker has the Dynapro's on his 2500 and the tires simply do not hold up when beaten with really hard turning on concrete. His tires are so rounded off and my Nitto's are still flawless and wear perfectly.

Now, I want to also say that the Nitto's wear a little faster and are a little softer to the touch. As far as ride quality, I think they are both the same. I usually have music blasting or the phone on so really i dont pay attention. If the Dynapros save you some cash, I say go with them cause they are pretty good.

Just put a set of 285 Duras on my 2010 and they are really nice. They drive very good, didn't see any loss of mileage, and they look great
I did not realize that the Nitto tires are MFG by Toyo tires in California.

As far as balance, check out Counteract or Innovative balancing beads. I've run both brands in 37" BFG and Toyo MT tires and was very happy with them. They keep the balance as the tires wear and can offset some gravel or other crap in the tread. i don't have them in the Nitto Terra Graps, but the 285s are a LOT less mass and have run well

Nittos and Toyos are a tire balancer's dream. Minimal weight needed. My Bfg KO's were the exact opposite 4-11 oz's needed.
