285/65R20 or 295/60R20 for new tires

Have a 2018 3500 Megacab, has about 50k on it and time to start thinking about new tires. I want to stay with the stock size. It runs and drives fine for me. Had a 2002 that I modded a lot, and I loved that truck but this one I am leaving alone.

On the 2002 I ran several sets of Nitto Terra Grapplers and was very happy with them. So I wanted to go that route again. But Nitto doesn't make them in the stock size I need. Which is 285/60R20. But I see they do make them in 285/65R20 which is about inch taller but about the same width or 295/60R20 which is a little less than a half taller but also about an inch wider.

So both are similar just wondering which way you guys would go to stick as close to stock as possible, Or if anyone has run one or the other of these sizes and can provide feedback.

Thank you.

Can't figure out how to rewrite my signature line. Changed my other info though.

Truck is a 2018 3500 Mega cab 4wd SRW, with rear air suspension, HO, Aisen trans. Drive it every day, lots of highway mileage, some medium to light heavy towing, and the only off-roading I do is around my small hobby farm. So I don't need an aggressive off road tread.

I am running the 295/60R20 on my 2020 tradesman from Toyo and they fit great. Here are a couple of pictures. The wheels are off my 2017 Limited

Any chance I could see some more pictures? I’ve been debating going back to 35’s on my ‘22 like I had on my old ‘10
