2011 G56 With Smarty/Deletes

Did the deletes last night and what a difference! I have been getting about13.8 MPG mostly highway miles. So far I have put about 80 miles on the pickup with the deletes and am getting 17.3 mpg mostly highway miles. The good news is that so far (knock on wood) the clutch is holding fine with the SW1 setting!

Is a free spin hub kit next? More important, are they even out for that new of a truck?

Did the deletes on my '11 G56 a couple of months ago using the H&S programmer. Power and throttle response better than, and MPG very close to what my '01 H.O. was with the Edge EZ. Very impressed with towing my 33' 10,400 5er camper after the deletes. We have a long grade in I-81 just north of Harrisburg which I did a comparison towing the same camper. The '01 with the Edge EZ pulled the grade easily in OD with about 1200*EGT and 22lbs boost. The first time with the '11 I had to downshift to 5th. After the H&S and deletes, cruised up the grade in OD with 1050*EGT and 18PSI boost. Sort of tells me the 6.7 is not working as hard as the '01. As far as the clutch, no slippage whatsoever with the H&S in the "mild" power setting. I feel if you drive the truck like it is intended to be driven and don't abuse it, the clutch will hold up fine. My '01 had 265,000 on the clock with the original clutch when I sold it and it was fine.

On the "mild" setting, what is the HP on the H&S?

Over the weekend I did about a 700 mile round trip pulling about 7,000 lbs. On this trip I pulled three 6 degree plus hills. On SW1 the clutch held, power was great and the mpg's were about 3 mpg's better.
