12' smarty issue with recent file
 

I had an 07.5 and after it was totaled I got a 12'. After some research I learned I could load the 2010-2012 files and use the same Smarty.
I did return it to stock before the truck left for the scrap yard.
When I plug the smarty in, I get an error that says contact mads. However, when I press the right arrow (smarty sr.) It allows me to go further.
I click the rt arrow and I got a msg saying 'prepare ecm'. About 15-20 min later it was done. Then I was able to program the ecm. I chose software 1.
After programming I went into options and it only has speedo limit and timing whereas I had timing, torque, speedo, vgt and one other option I could adjust.

I'm wondering if this is normal for 10-12 trucks.

There are no codes.

For some reason I think there's something missing in the file.
