Seems like turbo’s not spooling at all after silencer ring removal

Done a silencer ring removal on 2011 3500 6.7 Cummins put v clamp back on breather tube back on, and the intake piping I triple checked that everything was back on the same way I removed it and couldn’t find anything I done wrong kinda in the dark right now
