Radiator fan clutch problem

I'm pretty sure fan clutch is finished. Towing my 10k pound trailer over Eisenhower pass, I had to really back off to keep from over heating. I slowed to 30mph, and was still hovering at 235 degrees, trans 190. This is a new truck to me, so I'm learning it still. I never heard the fan come on, ever, like I could on my Gen 2. When I pop the hood, it's pulling air, and I cannnot stop it with my hand (like I've seen on YouTube.) Day to day, coolant gets to 196 or so, trans to 140ish. I can hear no difference when the AC is cycled, but it does seem a bit warmer at idle. The fan spins normally (I think) when the engine is off. I unplugged it to see what might happen, nothing yet. Any ideas?
