Oil pressure sending unit location?

The other day I noticed that my oil pressure had dropped to ZERO!!! On both the EVIC and dash gauge. Thankfully close to home.
Oil level on dipstick is good, midway on the cross hatches.
No Check Engine Light. I am assuming that the dash gauge and EVIC gets the oil pressure from the same sending unit. Unless there is a 2nd sending unit I don't know why I had no CEL.
I have deleted the emisisons stuff and run a MiniMaxx. All seems well other than the oil pressure gauge.
Where is the sending unit located? Where do I go from here?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Jerry.
