Yeah I got a software update earlier in the year. Probably included it. I plugged her back in and it seemed to accelerate OK, List remained on even after multiple attempts to clear it with my Edge Insight CTS. May clear after some driving time I guess.. Yes Full delete would truly solve the problem 
Not just yet though. I purchased an extended warrantee to boot... Oh well.

I may disconnect it again just to be sure and test it on the way home today and give it the gas a few times. Need to make sure I wasn't imagining things. i.e. not let the engine warm up before giving it the gas leaving the house. In reading the other thread when they experience the de-rate they received another code related to fuel which I did not receive.. Work a verification before I throw in the towel.
