Guys, I've owned two F-150s and they were pretty good trucks but I'm looking to take a step up. I'm looking at an '06 or '07 MEGA CAB 2500 4x4. I'm also somewhat open to the quad cab but felt that the back seat was really small. I'm looking to do some modifications to boost economy and having a bunch of extra power is not a big priority for me. A concern I have about making modifications at all is the extra torque being placed on the tranny and U-joints and so on down the drivetrain. What have y'all found to be the best setup for this particular rig? If this question has already been answered by other threads, please post the links to them so that I can read those as well.

If any of you are running this rig and are seeing decent numbers, please post your numbers as well.
