I got in my truck this morning and there was an error code on the dash which said "Did not train".

It did not go out, and the other functions on the computer were not available.

Anyone else have this? I wonder if Smarty Jr will clear it?

 

Fill out your signature so we know what you are driving. smarty can only clear engine codes. more than likely it is a body code but get your sig filled out so I can research it.

Do you have the garage door openers built in to the over head?

If so that is the mesage someone pushed one of the train buttons but it did not sense the signal from the other door opener and is telling you it didn't get it. Push both outside buttons at the same time untill the dash says memory errased and you will have to reprpgram your door opener, if that is not it then I have no idea.

Ok, thanks. will try that. Yes I do use that overhead opener to open my gate. it has been working fine.
Guess it got a case of the mondays.

Just a follow up.

I got in the truck yestrday afternoon and the message came up as soon as I turned on the key. I pressed the first button of my garage door opener and it cleared the message out.
Not sure why the system decided that is was supposed to be learning a new code.
