Did deletes now Transmission Stalls??

Hey guys i need a little assistance,
I just installed the Smarty Jr ME. into my truck with the EGR delete, DPF delete and a 5" TBE. everything seems to be working fine...
  • My problem is when i really get on it... the truck starts off really nice and then about 2500 RPM's it stalls for a few seconds and then releases the power again and shifts... it does this all the way through 4th or 5th gear.
One of my buddies told me it the torque converter...its not reconising all the extra power the engine is producing and starts thinking and then releases it after is relizes whats going on.

Is this really whats going on and what can i do to fix it??

After I did my 2011 the trans was all over the place and definitely not acting normal like it wasn't used to the power and didn't know what to do. I used the H&S mini and had also ordered their trans tune but had not received it. Once I got that installed all is good, not sure if smarty has something like that or if the H&S would work or even if you can still get it. So not much help really.
