Cummins 6.7 HP in a Marine Application

Well, I guess there is plenty left in the 6.7. The Marine Version Standard Version is 480 HP for Sport Fishing Boats. The pushed one is 542 HP.

I guess we can wish on the computer program and extra's needed to get it up there even at the Standard Rating of 480HP.

Here's a link.

Figure there is no auto slushbox or clutch as it's probably direct-drive, so yeah I could see 500+ HP easily.

The H&S MiniMaxx would do a something like +200HP over stock on the 6.7 with deletes, or roughly 525 HP.

The other issue is most Marine applications use some type of sea water cooling system, abundant amounts of water for cooling vs a 7 gallon radiator. With that type of cooling they can throw a little more fuel at her.
I have heard Marine injectors flow more on 5.9L applications.

And then does anyone know the emissions requirements Marine vs Land/Truck, I have no idea but I'm guessing they are different. That may help too, IDK.
