Brakes clunk at 15mph

Brakes clunk at 15mph
Hello, I Have a 2017 2500 with 27000 miles. Now when I decelerate the brakes make a clunking sound and feel when I slow in the 15 mph range. This happens consistently and always right at 15 mph. Any thoughts?
