Bought one!

I bought a new (2016) Ram 2500 crew-cab 4x4 last week. It's a black Tradesman with the exterior chrome package, winter prep, trailer tow, 6.7 L CTD, 68RFE auto. So far so good. I'm really impressed with the 6.7 L. The smooth acceleration and power, wow! I'm also impressed by the fuel mileage (something I really wasn't expecting). I've taken it to work a few days now, a 38 mile trip of mostly rural roads and interstate. So far 21.6 mpg. Much better than the 15.3 mpg I got on the last tank-full in my previous truck (2003 Ford F350 4x4 crew cab, DWR, 6.0 Power Stroke auto).

I previously had a 1994 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 with the CTD. I really liked that truck! I bought is new in 1994 and sold it in 2002. Nice to have the CTD once again! I feel like I've come home

Congrats on the new truck! Too bad you couldn't keep the 2nd gen, looks like a good one.
