Friend has a 2014 5500 6.7. Coolant was blowing out of the overflow tank. He replaced the coolant tank cap and still continued. Pulled the head and replaced the head gasket. The problem still exists. Any ideas ? Head cracked ? Need to figure it our asap. Ideas please

At the risk of sounding, uh..holy moly... A head gasket change is a big deal, and I don't think that would be the place to start. And if the head was off why on earth was it not checked for cracks and if it was flat or if the top of the engine was flat? Was any diagnostics done before all that? It could have tons of stuff wrong. Broken ring, cracked or not flat head. What condition is the engine block vent? Has it been blocked because oil was coning out or any other reason?
