EGR Cooler Servo Connector
Does anyone know the part number for the EGR Cooler servo connector or know where I can find a pigtail at online?
When I replaced the CCV filter I forgot to put the cooler servo harness back on the cover and it worked its way down to the exhaust manifold and melted it.
Thank you in advance for your help!

Just an INFO NOTE:
Who would have thought a piece of plastic and some wiring would be so expensive?! Oh well, just glad I am able to source it now.
That same part is used on multiple vehicles for various connections. One would think it would be cheaper.
Out of curiosity, who makes the connectors for Chrysler?

Always glad to help out another DTR member whenever I can. I agree the replacement connectors are pricey but still cheaper then a wiring harness.

I came across used harnesses...over $500! Can't imagine new being less than $1000.
Again, thank you! I'm probably going to order it this weekend to have on hand.

That's about what they go for if you can find one. I try my best to repair one rather then replace. I always use the crimps that come with connector and soldier (rosen core only), then use heat shrink tubing and factory tape the harness. You would never know it was repaired when I'm done. I've repaired hundreds of wiring harnesses and never had one come back.

Definitely best to repair when able to do so. Crimp, solder and heatshrink (marine grade). Does the connector repair kits for outside the cab come with the water proof heat shrink tubing?
If you had the choice between factory tape or something better which would you use?
I know automotive wire (depending on grade) can withstand high temps, but all the factory tape seems to do is keep it all bundled--but the wires in the engine bay still seem under protected. I think those wires should be wrapped in F4 tape or even that high temp self fusing electrical joint tape (forget what it's called). Definitely makes it more rigid, but it's very well protected.

Yes it comes with the crimps and heat shrink tubing. Factory strongly recommends using the crimps and soldier. I use the factory tape since it matches the original. Here is the part number if you want to use factory tape
