2011 Fuel Leak? Pics..

http://s1072.photobucket.com/albums/...anewilsonking/ Is this why I smell diesel in my cab during regen????

Found out its the EGT/pyro tube. I don't understand all the spots of black soot powder.

Sounds like a problem for the dealership after looking at your pics..

Thank you so much for the pics, now that I deleted at less than 1000 miles, I am confident that my carpet is not stained. Although most would say the warranty is worth it, is it really? How many posters complain about deleted trucks?

Sorry big time for what seems like sarcasm. Also, I hope that the dealer performs flawless maintenance on your truck to get it back up to snuff. But, since you have the entire interior torn apart, do you even trust the dealer??

IN CLOSURE: My EGR cooler ports on the top of the factory exhaust manifold also leak. The only way to solve this is to put an aftermarket turbo manifold on. Stand by for 10 days from now and I will post a complete stock turbo manifold and turbine replacement. OBTW, if you put some "Gasket Maker" on there, it will stop spitting all over the place.

I highly doubt that is why there is a gas smell though. I bet it is from the 1500deg the DPF is getting while being pumped with diesel fuel.

The dash photos are of my daughters 2009 1500, I was replacing the 3 blend door motors with revised parts. She's 15 and wanted her A/C to work correctly but her mom put 60,000 miles on it so that part of the warranty is over. Simple 40 minute repair that I was working on a right up for. Dealer will get my 11 tomorrow and I'm sure it will get fixed up fine.

its a bypass valve.

Cause you didnt have it on your truck.

The C&C version of the egr system is a tad bit different.
