10's and dyed fuel

So I upgrading my 06 5.9L to a 10 6.7L and have heard mixed things about burning dyed diesel in the 6.7L Whats the scoop, can you do it? Any problems?

Will it burn? Sure, as long as it's ULSD. From what I've heard, offroad (dyed) fuel isn't supposed to be USLD until 2014. It probably is in California, but elsewhere its still supposed to be LSD.

Should you burn it? No, because dip tests are being done to find out if you're running offroad fuel or bio-diesel, and making sure you're paying your road use taxes, and fines are supposed to be as much as $5,000.

Work has been getting ULSD in red since early last year. We run it in a bus that has an early 2010 6.7 cummins no problems. Don't freak out work is tax exempt ie. state owned so no law breaking is being done.
