left tie rod end broken and vibrations

I was aware of the recall and was told the 3500 c&c 4x4 was not on the list only the 4x2 and confirmed this through searches on the internet. well i guess the 4x4 is affected also as mine broke a week ago. Truck is in the shop and they fixed on day one. I also had them check out some of the many vibrations i am experiencing. I have had the tires balanced and truck aligned but didnt go away. I feel it is coming from the rear and i also hear a growl at speeds over 50 and as i approach 80 it starts to shake the truck. The tech felt it for sure and thinks it is the front driveshaft so he removed it and said it went away. So for whatever reason it will take 7 days to get one. My question is does this make sense to you. It really felt like it was coming from the rear. Thank you for any input. Truck has 26,000 miles on it. It is very lightly used for work as i have a big dump truck to handle most of the work. I mostly use it to move around a skid steer and attachments and a small boat. so it is not overworked by any stretch.

I think it makes sense. If the front driveshaft if rattling the transfercase, that crossmember is set close to back of cab. I think on your truck the front driveshaft is always spinning too. Are manual hubs available for that size axle?

Yes it is always spinning. I do believe there there are hub options out there for this axle.

Got truck back finally. For some reason the driveshaft went missing in transit. Anyway even after the alignment it stills pulls to right. It has always done this and drives me nuts. This is the third align and not better. Any ideas. Also the vibration at speeds over 50 is still there. Bet they never even hit highway speeds with it. Guess it goes back.

i got to work the truck for 5 hours after getting it back and the see dealer now light came on. Drove it back to the dealer and find that two exhaust sensors are bad. no problem you say. well there are no available parts. this was fri the 19th. I was called by dodge corporate today and i am now told that there will not be parts until atleast nov 1. this will make it 25 days without work truck. and i have been given a car for rental. I think dodge is seriously missing the mark if this is how they treat their commercial customers.
