has anyone tryed?

i have an 09 4500 has anyone tryed to fool the egr valve into staying closed by putting a resistor in the pyro sensor located in the egr crossover tube?

Pyro sensor? Are you refering to the sensor close to the erg valve? I just took the sensor out of the tube and zip tied it there no codes. I leave the egr valve plugged in and put some stainless steel plates under it to block it off no codes. Pull the butterfly out of the valve below the egr and leave it plugged in no codes.
