We have had some noisy 45-5500 diffs and found that the Ltd. slip additive fixed them. I have a feeling that Dodge did not add this at the plant because they were used to the AAM Diffs that are a gear Antispin setup.

I don't think an additive will cure this noise... thou I have been wrong before. I will ask Dodge about it!!

if you think you will be trying to lemon it or anything else like that make sure you keep all the paper work and document everything

you mite double check and see if their is something, i would keep all the paperwork and anything you have that shows loos of income and maybe talk to a lawyer and see if something could be done. it wouldnt hurt tosse.

'truck down no .....

Yes I got the the truck is tooo newwww when I was complaing about the engine not having much power in 1999, and the white exhaust visible at 8*C was that it was a "new burn process that the engines have". That is where some of that 4 Liters of coolant went.... hmmmmm
