Ok, now that most of us have given our opinions, how can we send this post to DC headquarters so we can be heard?

Toyota is the one company I will never buy from. My grandfather would roll over in his grave if he knew I was gonna buy one, and so would yours.

~Domestics > Domestics

The tilde (~) is the logical symbol for "not".

Americans make god awful cars, but they do make one or two "OK" SUVs. They at least do something right with the Dodge trucks!

Wink

The first time you tried to haul with that jap scrap that looks all pretty and has a nice girlie interior, you will be crying like a little girlie.
This thing wont tow/haul worth beans...But it looks nice don`t it.....
The Toyota`s are for looks...If you need a real truck, buy a Dodge with a Cummins...There is no substitute....

You guys do understand that Toyota trucks are more American than Dodge is now? Right? And there is no debate about the Cummins and its towing ability thats why most of us own them. But Toyota will bring a Diesel and when they do (maybe 2009) it will be another ballgame.

Until then Dodge has some time to catch up on the interior quality... I hope they do because the Cummins motor should be King of them all IMHO!

Absolutely! If Dodge let AMG do their interiors and options, then " " is all I gotta say!

D,
Did you ever find someone to do that leather work on your interior?

I've got a 96 Toyota and a 05 Dodge truck. My "jap" scrap has been totally dependable/reliable since 96, is still in use daily and does everything I've asked it to do. I didn't ask it to tow 11,000+ lbs, that's why I bought the Dodge/Cummins. Maybe the Dodge interiors before 05 weren't very good (?), but my 05 is just fine. It's a TRUCK. My only complaint is the wind noise from the doors. But it's a TRUCK, I bought the truck to tow 11,000+lbs and do it reliably. If it does that, I'm happy. I don't need satellite radio, leather butt warming seats and LCD televisions in the backrests.

I haven't decided on anyone yet, but I know of a few possibilities.
