None of the above. Try cummins dealer or service center, Case/IH dealer, Freightliner, Mack, Peterbilt, Kenworth dealers.
I buy mine here: www.genosgarage.com

Dodge dealer is generally higher than Cummins, and Cummins is higher than Geno's.

Geno's has a 4-2-1 deal I think they call it... 1 air filter, 2 fuel filters, and 4 oil filters at an attractive price.

I buy fuel/oil filters in bulk from Geno's, very competitive prices, plus they're really nice people to deal with.

Most of us have no need for bulk purchases. I only own one truck. Yeah, Geno's people are great, but they are more expensive by a good bit than just dropping in at a big rig shop. $7 for a Fleetguard Stropore 3894 and $11 and change for the 19579 fuel filter. I don't think Geno and his people are nice enough to spend more money plus shipping plus having to wait. I've seen Fleetguard filters by the case on ebay if you want to buy 12 at a time. I admit is is easier to just go to their website, point and click a couple of time, put in your cc number the a few days later the stuff shows up. JOIBO!

Geno's prices are cheaper than Cummins Cumberland! Good enough for me.

I hate to sound like a dummy, but does anyone know if there is a Cummins dealer/service center in the San Diego area? I'd like to purchase some Fleetguard erl filters too. Aren't the Mopar filters good? That's what I bought for my first change.

What did you pay for the MOPAR? They are usually more expensive than Fleetguard. They are good because they are repackaged Fleetguards. Should be easy enough to look in your yellow pages or switchboard.com to find a Cummins shop.

Cummins CA Distributors: http://www.cummins.com/na/pages/en/d...r.cfm?state=CA

The Cummins Worldwide Service Locator http://wsl.cummins.com/ServiceLocato...servicelocator shows several in your area.

Filter prices vary widely depending on which Cummins Power Systems center you go to. I paid $11.00 each + shipping for a case of oil filters from the one in eastern PA. That's when I began buying from Geno's Garage. And if you purchase from them during a calander year, they have been sending out a card at the end of the year for free shipping for a limited period.
