looking for the center console that opens ans has storage inside. my truck just has the regular one. i was wondering where to buy the new one?

Might check a salvage yard - Mine has a jump seat console that will hold a laptop computer in the top (seatback) and the bottom seat unlatches at the front, lifts up, and has room for a six-pack below it! same on my buddy's 03! thought they all were this way?

 

Have the ST then? if so be anoyyed and happy to know its there you just have to remove the cover, buy a latch and its suppossedly its there.

 

Easy. Salvage yard. DC hasn't changed them in at least three years so locating one should be easy at a light truck salvage yard.
Salvage yards are fond of pieces for Rams, exterior and interior pieces alike. The owner will start with a price close to dealer new I suspect, be prepared to jaw him down. Don't expect the owner to break-up a complete interior though.
and while you're at it, why not pickup a set of the nicer lighted sunvisors, and perhaps fog lights, headlight switch, and harness while you're in the yard. You'll feel you didn't get taken advantage of nearly so much if you buy more than one thing.
