for my '05, it's 6x9's up front, and 5.25's rear.

I just put 6.5" components up front and 6.5" coaxials in the back. Just needed to make new holes for the rear.

I put the tweeters in the 3 1/2" speaker location in the dash next to the ac vent. I just made an adapter peice out of 1/4" poplar and it dropped right in.

that is definitely a better way to go, but i was just giving D45 the stock factory sizes. what components did you go with? i've found focals to sound the best.

I wasnt going high end... last time I did that my stuff got stolen.

I went with some Polk db series... db6501 in the front, db651s in the rear. I'll be putting a Kicker CVR10 in between the front seats, and powering it all with a Kicker ZX700.5, 70Wx4 ch, and 420x1 ch for the sub.

Still a good chunk of change though.

I put Pioneer 6x9s up front, 6.5s out back, MUCH better than the factory junkers...
I ALMOST dont need a headunit, except for the fact that the factory radio wont play CDs anymore(without skipping or ejecting)
