Speaker replacement.

I have a 2003 4 door, with the Infinity Premium Sound, and have one of my front door speakers blown and I can not deal with the crackling any longer. I figured I would leave the dash alone, and replace the 4 door speakers. From my quick research I have found the fronts are 6x9 and rear 61/2? I was thinking to again replace with Infinity speakers. Any advice would be great. I also have a Alpine head unit and subwoofer in custom box under the rear seat.

Correct.

You can use 6x9 or 6.5" with adapters in the front and 5.25 or 6.5 in the rear doors. The 6.5s in the rear arent great fits, but you'll never know the diffference. No impact to the panel, no rattle.

I have a 2005 with just the regular AM/FM/CD radio and my drivers door speaker has also went bad. Near as I can tell I have round 6.5 speakers in the front and back doors?! Can anyone verify this? Crutchfield is showing round 6.5 for my truck but notreally sure or wanting to take door panel off to look.

You should call Crutchfield. I just spoke with them earlier in the week and ordered a new head unit. They are very responsive. They should be able to narrow down your components.

You have 6x9s in the front doors, if they are factory original. You can put 6.5" round speakers in the hole.

If anyone needs the stock infinity speakers just email me at loritibitoski@comcast.net and pay shipping and I'll send them to you. I just replaced mine with aftermarket 6.5 components and nothing is wrong with my stock speakers which are the Infinity sound system factory speakers.
