Snorkel Install
Thanks everyone for the nice comments..
Rogers259: Rust isn't generally a problem in Norcal, but Yes, I did paint all the bare metal before we mounted the snorkel.
LongRanger: The "bumper/bar" is a standard external Warn winch mount.
FLYH2O: The SS "pole" is a ham radio HF antenna. When the camper is off the truck, it's mounted on the rear bumper. With the camper on,
then it has to be mounted up front.

Had a couple PM's asking about getting air from the snorkel to the engine. The kit comes with an adapter for the standard airbox. You remove the airbox and convert it to accept a large diameter air hose from the snorkel. The hose is less that a foot long and easy to connect with the inner fender removed.

.Thanks for the write up!
It’s been a few years
I’m wondering how the snorkel has held up? Also the link no longer works for the original kit, don’t suppose you have kept up with the company? Thanks in advance for any info...
My name is Joe. I have a 2005 2500 and I would like to put a snorkel on the truck. I've seen photos of yours with an Airflow snorkel on it. I was wondering if you would comment on how well you like the snorkel and if it has impacted performance at all. My engine is stock at this point. Thanks! R/Joe
