Simple fix to try if you have the bad master window switch....
Fixed multi-Function switch
Great pics and great article. I had no window control at each door, and disable switch was not working. Found two cracked solder joints on the disable switch and found all the window switches extremely dirty. Cleaned them up and everything works Great!! Thanks everyone!! Took only about an hour.
Amigos,
So after reading this thread, I decided to give it a shot...
The solder joints in question looked fine, so I wanted to get at the back of the PCB and take a look. No easy task since the connector pins are pretty well attached to the plastic switch housing...
That being said, I de-soldered the two in question which enabled me to lift the PCB and get a peek underneath, at least from that end.
Didn't see anything wrong with the lockout switch so I figured that it failed internally.
Given I have no children, and the Dogs aren't smart enough to work the window buttons...
I was able to use a small piece of solid wire, and jumper the two connections of the lockout switch. Problem solved! No more locked out windows!
Note: this was a somewhat persnickety operation. You need to work with the PCB prayed up on just that end unless you take the time to completely de-solder the connector pins at the other end. With good dexterity and reading glasses, plus at least rudimentary soldering skills I was able to pull this off!
Good luck.

I tried to fix my windows with this trick and I ended breaking the switch panel while taking off the switch covers. I had to buy a new panel from oreilly's ($110) which fixed the problem.
This post is to emphasize the importance of being gentle while getting the switch covers off.
Thanks for the info on how to fix this, as I had no idea where to start.
