First thing, do it THREE time's no more and no less. I followed the manual for my '04.5 and did it more than three time's, didn't work. Tried it only buckling it THREE times and it worked.

As some one has mentioned about closing the latch with the door open, does that mean the door switch is now part of the latch? If so, I have an idea.

Well I tried again, and no go. I followed the directions, did it 3 times, got the ding when I shut it off, turn it back on and get the 5 dings and more before i can get the truck out of the driveway. So I have a new fix, it's called wrap the belt behind the seat and plug it in and stupid ding goes away!!!!!

I had to do it twice. I also disabled the doors automatically locking feature. When I did that I think the seat belt thing re enabled itself. But I just followed the instructions in the manual.

i just used the center buckle to buckle into the driver 1 and it went away for me..... and since i dont ever have any1 sitting in the middle seat..... im golden
