I like my N-Fab steps, check them out here:

I've had "Nasta" stainless steel tubular running boards (nerf bars) for years and I'm quite pleased with them. All of the hardware, including the bolts and washers, are stainless steel. Obviously the initial cost is more, but I felt it was worth it for longevity.

Westin Platinum Nerf Bars were my choice in '03 and they were still looking great earlier this year when I sold them.

If you want real nice and unique (signal/stop/clearance lights integrated in the running boards), check these out. I have them on my 03 and am really happy with them.

I get positive comments on them all the time.

Excalibur Truck Accessories

They come at a price though...

I was looking for some a few months ago to replace my 15 year old ones that have started leaving rust spots on my driveway. I have not bought any yet but I just put dodge ram side steps in search and ran across several sites like the one below where they have many different types. Below is an example again no idea about the vendor just an example

You weren't joking, they do come at a premium.

Thanks for the video

Well yes I do, but since I sold the truck last year, I had to dig up some old photos that show the Westins.

This is in a park in BC, on our way North in '10. You can see the clean Westin on the passenger side.

Same trip, at a park in Inuvik.

Same trip, same park in Inuvik, only close-up.

Oh, and they cleaned up really well. Very simple to install and never came loose. They were very sturdy and I used them all the time getting into and out of the truck. (I'm a petite 260 pounder)
