Fuel pump and air intake

Hey everyone. I know this sounds kinda dumb but I'm not sure what part of the fuel system is under the driver side door on the frame. It is very loud and doesn't sound right to me. It starts up every time I turn the key on and stays on.... Also I recently had my intake air heater replaced due to it throwing that code. It ran fine before and still runs fine. However it just threw that same code again and had a stored code of battery low voltage. Could this cause the intake air heater to be starved of power and throw a code? Thanks

Did you buy the truck used? Sounds like it has an after market fuel pump mounted under the truck. As far as low voltage have the batteries checked, the grid heater draws alot of current when they cycle.

I did so I'm not sure of much of what's been done to it. That's what I was thinking on the low voltage thing
