Rebuilding 2WD front end - need some help

I'm going to replace with all Moog. They dont have the springs.

The truck has 106K on it and the springs are sagging (indicated by busted bump stops and about 1" clearance above bump stop). I checked the tags and found 52113908AA on driver side and 52113907AA on passenger side. The online Mopar resellers show those are the correct springs.

I'm hunting the best option for a little above stock ride. Ive already bought a spring insulator that's supposed to raise it 1/2".

Not sure if I want to go back with OEM (if I can find them) if they're only going to last 100k.

Anyone know where I can go to figure out what I need?

TIA, David

Looks like there's not a lot of marketing for the RWD suspension. No one makes aftermarket bump stops and only one set of springs for stock height. The only option is Supercoil SSC-12 and not sure what the results will be. So I will the go with the OEM stuff and hope it lasts longer. Maybe in a few years there will be something else.

see if you can find a "leveling kit" for the 2wd, they are out there, that will have spacers to raise it a bit more.

I have the Daystar 1.5" budget boost that i was going to add to the sagging springs. But I have since decided that I need to fix the springs instead of doing the cheap thing. So I ordered Moog insulators and Mopar springs. I think I will be satisfied at stock height.

After 3 days of fighting parts that had not been touched in 14 years, it has a new front end under it and wow what a difference. Stock parts raised it at least an inch so it was sagging pretty bad. Took the forward racked look away. Drives really sweet! And it's not even aligned yet.

Removed bad lower ball joint, weak springs, shocks were basically useless, and rubber boots were rotten. All CA bushings were rotten and stiff.

Installed Mopar springs, bump stops, and brake pads. Moog tie rod ends, sway bar links, spring isolators, upper and lower control arms. Monroe Reflex shocks.

Take-away - a propane torch and a good quality 1" pickle fork are your friend. Get a good 13/16 deep well socket. Read, reread, and use the FSM

Sorry but I don't know if the 2004's have steering racks or not but if you do then I'd check the inner tie rod ends also.
The driver side inner was toast after 90k miles on my 2007.5.

Mine does have rack and pinion. I changed the outer tie rod ends because I wanted grease fittings. The old ones didnt appear to be worn, but they were seized on there good. The inners didn't feel like they had problems either. I marked the upper CA bolts before I tore it down and installed new parts in the same position. When it was aligned they just had to adjust the tow in. IMO that says a lot for Moog replacement CAs.
