My brother has an '06 Ram 2500 Quad Cab Dually and he got the King Ranch leather seats installed at the dealership, don't remember exactly but I think it cost him like 2k. Their nice but no more comfortable than regular ones.
My fiance is a die hard Ford fan and loves the King Ranch leather. What we have found out is that the leather is great for about the first year. Every truck that we saw that was a year old or older, the leather was terrible. It had worn marks all over them, tears and everything. If you look at the Lariat's leather, it looks new even at 3 or 4 yeas old. She doesn't even want to look at the King Ranch anymore because of this. That's good for me.
I know I'm all late about this question, but I also wanted to have ranch style seats on my 4th gen xlt.. I went to a local dealer in san Antonio and they are had katzins, for $1500 I went all the way with fully leather, the color is mahogany. Here some pics.. I love this color and it like the old 2005 king ranch seats.. I help this help for anyone that want seats that are like the king ranch, they also have the 2009 red brown color but iI like the old style better
